The Story

PostureLock had a great product — a posture correction device with strong reviews — but their Shopify store was dragging on performance and SEO. We rebuilt it as a headless storefront: Shopify handles the commerce layer, a custom Next.js frontend handles the experience. The result was a perfect Lighthouse score and load times that stopped being a conversion liability.
